# Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ICT Autopilot ("Service"), operated by Big AL Consulting ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
## 1. The Service
ICT Autopilot is a **signal-provider and trade-execution-assistance tool** that detects ICT (Inner Circle Trader) pattern-based setups in real time and, optionally, forwards orders to a broker account that you own and control. We do not provide investment advice and we do not custody your funds.
## 2. Eligibility
You must be (a) at least 18 years old, (b) legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction, and (c) authorized to trade financial instruments under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for compliance with local regulations.
## 3. Account & security
You are responsible for safeguarding your magic-link email and for any activity on your account. We will never ask for your password (we use passwordless authentication).
## 4. Broker credentials
The Service may store broker API credentials you provide for the sole purpose of executing trades that you authorize. Credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-128 (Fernet). You may revoke them at any time from the Settings page. We are not affiliated with any broker.
## 5. No advice. No guarantee. Trade at your own risk.
The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available". Signals, statistics, and configurations are **algorithmic outputs, not personalized financial advice**. Past performance — including all backtest figures shown — does not guarantee future results. You alone are responsible for trading decisions and outcomes.
## 6. Fees & billing
Pro tier costs $470 USD per month, billed monthly, after a 14-day free trial. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Stripe processes payments — their terms apply.
## 7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; (b) attempt to bypass billing or rate limits; (c) abuse PriceFeedPro or any broker API credentials; (d) use the Service in a way that violates law or third-party rights; (e) resell signals or access without written permission.
## 8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or operational risk. You may close your account from the Settings page at any time.
## 9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided WITHOUT WARRANTY of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to trading losses, missed signals, downtime, broker rejection, or data-feed errors. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.
## 10. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
## 11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country of the registered operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes resolved by the courts of that jurisdiction.
## 12. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced 14 days in advance via email. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
